• By making use of the credit building services offered by Rentcreda, the client, as a tenant, accepts and acknowledges that his/her participation in this service is intended to assist him/her in building and improving his/her credit history by recording and reporting his/her monthly rental payments. In connection with this service, a membership fee of $20.00 will be charged on the total amount of the monthly rent. Additionally, a service fee of $9.99 will be charged and added to the monthly rent amount.

• Clients must provide accurate and truthful information about their rental payments and consent to such information being used for reporting to credit bureaus. This consent includes authorization to share tenant payment history information with the relevant credit bureaus.
• Timely compliance with rental payments is essential to the effective utilization of this credit building service. Late payments may not only incur additional charges, but may also negatively affect the tenant's credit history.

• This service is intended exclusively for tenants who are of legal age and possess full legal capacity to contract. Participation in the credit building program is subject to additional terms and conditions that may include, but are not limited to, credit checks and meeting certain financial criteria.

• We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to the terms and conditions of this credit building service. These changes will be communicated to users with adequate notice and your continued use of the service following such modifications will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

5. LOAN SERVICE

In general, we use the data we collect primarily to provide, maintain, protect and improve our website and to provide our services properly. We use the data collected through our website as described below:
