Subscription Agreement for Rentcreda

With effect from, Rentcreda, hereinafter referred to as the "Company" and the Tenant/Subscriber, hereinafter referred to as the "Subscriber" have entered into this Subscription Agreement.

Subscription Service

Through its website, the company provides a credit-building subscription service that allows users to submit their rental payments to credit agencies in order to build credit.

The Service includes

Reporting of rental payments to credit bureaus.
Monitoring of credit progress.
Access to credit-building resources and tools.

Subscription Fee

The subscriber acknowledges and agrees to pay a flat rate fee of $14.99 for debit card transactions. Additionally, the subscriber will pay a flat rate fee determined by the rent amount each month for credit card and non-Canadian credit card transactions.

Payment Details

The subscriber consents to submitting accurate and current payment information, such as credit card numbers or any other payment method that the company supports.
Subscriber grants permission to the Company to charge the Fee using the specified payment method by submitting payment details.

Term and Termination

Starting on the effective date, this agreement will remain in effect until either party terminates it in accordance with its terms. Subscribers are required to opt in for a minimum of 6 months, after which they may cancel at any time or choose to continue using our services.

Acceptance

By selecting the 'Agree' or 'Accept' button on the Company's website, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Confidentiality

During the duration of this Agreement, both parties agree to keep any proprietary or highly sensitive data disclosed confidential.

Governing law

The laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada shall apply to the interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement supersedes all previous understandings and agreements, whether oral or written, and represents the whole agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof. Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement shall be made in writing and duly signed by both parties to be considered valid."


Information we collect

Rentcreda, hereinafter referred to as the "Company" and the Tenant/Subscriber, hereinafter referred to as the "Subscriber" have entered into this Authorization Agreement.

Authorization

● By accepting this agreement, Subscriber gives Company permission to take subscription fees, costs, and any associated charges (collectively, "Charges") directly from Subscriber's rent payments.
● Subscriber accepts and understands that the Company may deduct the Charges from each rent payment at any time without requiring to get permission on every occasion.

Deduction Process

● On the scheduled payment date, Company shall deduct the Charges from Subscriber's rent payments.
● Subscriber acknowledges that rent is required to be paid in full to pay charges in addition to the amount owed.

Notification

● Company shall give Subscriber a notification outlining how Charges are deducted from each rent payment.

Revocation of Authorization

● On the scheduled payment date, Company shall deduct the Charges from Subscriber's rent payments.
● Subscriber acknowledges that rent is required to be paid in full to pay charges in addition to the amount owed.

Governing Law

● The laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws Canada shall apply to the interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement, not with standing any conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement

● This Agreement supersedes all previous understandings and agreements, whether oral or written, and represents the whole agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof.
